1 slice of creamed cake = 100
TOTAL = 1682 energy/calories
if lets say i would like to maintain my weight, i can only consume calories up to 1740 a day. but of course i want to reduce my weight! gemok gilaa kot ni lebih pd org mengandong hoi! i have to reduce food intake by 550 calories a day so that in a week leh trun 1/2kg. pastu maintain 1530 calories each day pn xpe! oh plissss la hoi! means i have to cut down dinner. scratch of that chicken!! cake to x necessary lgsg pegi mkn buat hape!. duh.
footnote: pi telan air byk2. 6 gelas trus. pi! skang! =.=. pengajaran. dont bake anymore cakes. u'll end up fat just like me! bluerghhhhhhhhhhhh uh
