Pearl Island Day 2

uh! i think i have to finish this one up. if not, tomorrow i wont be focusing on my leftover works yg belambak kat office. ceh.oh wokeh now.... where did i stop eyh? oi2 silap day 2 kn?..

had our breakfast at Sg,Nibong. oh i forgot the name of that place. but anyways, they serves various dishes nasi lemak n also lunch sets. Sdapp jgak!

soOn, we were already passing tru Jalan P.Ramlee n stopped by his house which is so-called "Rumah P.Ramlee". It chronicles his life history as well as showcases personal memorabilia.. i never knew he was born in Penang i tot he was a true Singaporean. i never knew he married Saloma n she was his third wife. i tot Saloma was just his friends back then. lame..lame..lame... sorry weh i missed out all his famous movies except for labu labi n pendekar bujang lapok. yg lain xtau.. n u guys did not know that Edz's grandfather was one of his friends during school years. LoL...

We didnt spent that much time at P.Ramlee house. N within minutes!! There we were in front of FORT CORNWALLIS at padang kota lama. *wink2*

Kota Cornwallis atau Esplanade was built when Captain Francis Light 1st landed on Penang, this ancient sentinel of George Town stands guard over the island's cape. The Fee is only RM2 per person.

if u r already sick with all these history stuff dont force urself reading tru their walls. its just about the same. perhaps ur textbook wud give u a better view of what had happen during 1786. n dont get frustrated there aint any secret chamber or wat soeva. poor edz! u watched too much of Harry Potter kot dear. LOL.....

so we continued our journey to Toy Museum. Admission fee is RM20 which is expensive for me. cuz i dont really watch cartoons except for Barbies n thumbelinas la kn? ngeee.... but i enjoyed to see over 100,000 toys, dolls n some other action figures in there. as i move from one character to another, i smiled n some of those reminds me of my dearest one n my childhood years. ;).... All of them are from the owners collection since 1973.

later, we rushed to Butterfly farm in Teluk Bahang n Taman Rimba.

before leaving Teluk Bahang for Batu Feringghi night market, kitorg sempat dropped by kat Miami beach for a few model scenes.. THERE!!LOL

Jeng.. jeng.. The mOst awaited shopping centre. The NighT MarkEt! i bought 4 pocket mirrors for only rm20. one 4 pia, one 4 syikin, one for baby bal n one for me. n also a special mirror for mama. Shaz bought herself 12 DVDs which total up to be Rm40. n they even sell buy 1 free 1 ice-cream LOL. fyi, this is where i ran into pia n syiqin. hahaha. what a small world girlfriends!;)

we decided to have dinner somewhere along gurney drive but last skali pi makan kat Padang Brom. Pekena cendol n laksa. Then BaLik tido nak prepare mental n fizikal utk EsOk.
