life is beautiful

Along d'line has been neglected from written document quite sometimes. Apart from being busy, actually i chose not to write. i find in hard these days cuz everytime i feel like sharing, i'll leave the entry blank in my draft folder. the next time i tried, i only post photos with a short caption n a footnote thats all. who can explain that?nah... theres just too many things i shud have kept alone from the very beginning. at the end of the day, those who r suppose to stay wont b there. n the unexpected ones turn out to be reliable. it shudnt b that way. nemind, today ive learned so much to tell things only to myself. to trust only me. to hope on no one else except me. I am strong now, i know u can tell.;)

so btw,

im still in Kuantan at the moment, planning for Tutti Fruiti this afternoon with mum n sista. so whos in Kuantan? hope on! heheheehe. we just came back from a short yet quality vacation. I am grateful though for all the opportunities that Allah has allow us to have. it was nice Thank u Allah!

n recently, something that had been in my mind for almost 1 year plus now finally found its way.. my prayers has not yet been answer but i can feel that he is trying to show me the way, which.... may lead me to some relevant answers. i can feel it... i'll work hard pls pray for me okay!

Singapore 2011

Bagpacking is always a trill. Heading to an unfamiliar place randomly with a min budget. (gotta make sure u r still in ur budget, well thats the hardest!) sometimes u have time to plan yet believe me, most of the time u dont. Singapore has always been in my " to visit" list. One thing about backpackers, u need to choose a perfect companion. MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. becuz along the journey u might breakdown a lil while before u get up n try it harder the next round. a person who u can rely on. a person who keeps u on the go and a person who keeps u surviving. Shes the one! (bukan yg janji kencang tp xpnah kota, bukan yang bg alasan duit xckup tp xnak usaha same2, bukan yang xboleh adapt hidup susah smua tahu nk yg sempurna ja. bukan mereka yg tu.)

So back to singapore we reached beach road at almost 7. with no single USD. 1st thing, gotta find money changer to exchange currency. Gladly, we found many nice people. ThaNk u SingapOreaNsssssss. That old folks couple at the bust stop. Friendly MRT workers. Big heart Mr Rio who had taught us so much when we were about to leave singapore. Malaysian workers kat Imigresen sgt sombong dan xde adab. Memalukan. sy sgt Mara. haih. xpalah. Tapi mcmana pn, the moment we arrived Imigresen Malaysia in JB, hati seronok mengenangkan betapa selesanya tinggal kat Tanah air sendiri... btollll... will write about the details soon. i am pretty much a busy lady now. gosh!!!!

JB trip

akibat cuaca x mengizinkan, rancangan Gambang Water City Resort skali lg gagal hari ini. kasihan si kecil aqish. ditambah lagi dgn keadaan diri yang xmengizinkan utk masuk air lg. kuang2...;p... so here i am stuck in front of my lappy berusaha mengarang kisah johor bahru minggu lalu.

Munie merupakan pelajar jurusan kejuruteraan kimia dibawah tajaan petronas dan telah tamat pengajian beliau di Kampus UTM Skudai baru2 ini. Beliau merupakan kawan seperjuangan ketika di semashur dahulu dan duduk disebelah saya ketika kami sama2 menuntut di dalam kelas 5 Iman. Dia juga merupakan penolong ketua kelas x silap? aduh confuse dan x ingat.

Ayuni pula sudah mempunyai segulung ijazah dari UITM Dungun, juga merupakan pelajar tajaan JPA dan kini telah selamat melanjutkan pengajiannya ke peringkat Sarjana a.k.a Master di UITM Shah Alam. Beliau merupakan teman sekatil atas bawah ketika di asrama Semashur dulu selama lebih kurang 4 tahun. Dahulu sy sering menumpang rumahnya dan menumpang stock makanannya ketika lapar. owh sdapnye tin biskut berisi Weetmeal itu dicicah Nutella.

Alkisahnya sudah lama tak berjumpa jadi rancangn melawat munie di JB diteruskan. Ketahuilah bahawa Ayuni Ihwan mmg susah nak ajak die berjalan. Ibu Bapa beliau mmg begitu menitik berat kan soal keselamatan dan menjaga tatasusila terutama si anak dara. Pada mulanya, Bapak nye keberatan kerana tarikh perjalanan 13 Mei adalah tidak sesuai. Katanya tarikh tu tidak bagus. kuang3.. sebenarnya cuma alasan xmau bagikan bapakkk???? kahakkahakha... setelah dipujuk lalu baru lah dapat greenlight tetapi dgn syarat perlu menaiki keretaapi. ditekankan sekali lagi KERETA API!!... tidak boleh bas tidak boleh kereta.

Jadi di pagi jumaat jam 9 pagi, keretaapi bertolak kearah selatan dan dijangka tiba di Kempas Baharu jam 3.15 petang waktu tempatan. perghhhhhhhhh, sungguh kematu bontot 6 jam didalam gerabak. akibat terlupa membeli bekalan jadi terpaksa lah kami membeli makanan di atas troli yang ditolak pekerja. huh. harga nya mahal sudah dijangka. RM6 satu tupperware mee goreng naseb baik sdap dan RM3 utk sandwich kosong entah ape rasenya tanya cik ayuni. so kepada mereka yang merancang perjalanan menaiki keretapi sila bawak bekalan didalam bag anda banyak2 dan pergi toilet siap2. kerana si keretapi hanya berenti di stesen sebentar cuma, paling lama kat gemas dan seremban yang lain tak sampai 4 minit. yang paling xtahan kebosanan nak mati. silalah bawak laptop yang di charge penuh dan berbatery spare kalo anda tidak mahu melihat movie melayu lama yang dibisu dikaca televisyen dikawasan hadapan gerabak. sungguh indah tajuk " Kasih Rumah Banglo". perghhhhhhhhhhhhh.

jadi setibanya di kempas baharu boifren si munie aka amirul anuar seorang engineer (perlu ke mention juga? khakaa) telah menjemput kami dgn si myvi hitam dan membawa kami ke utm. Ambil muni dan pegi makan nasi ayam penyet yang sdapppppppp dan murahhhhhhhhhhh.. RM 6 ringgit kot x silap. Kemudian lepaklah kami di hostel munie bersama-sama si Arnab MIEKI dan Si Duldul sungguh xreti duduk diam , sementara ibu mereka pergi bersukaria berdinner di hotel mane ntah dgn rakan taulan yang lain. Malam itu ayuni dan saya menonton cerita Vampire Diaries season 2 sehingga episode 22. Cis sungguh kurang ajar Si KLAUS x mati. complicated sehingga rasa otak nak pecah tapi katherina tetap cantik. eh ape name heroin tuuuuuuuuuuu.... boleh plak tak ingat. ohhhhhhhhh ELENA. sungguh cantik dan comel.

Jadi bermula lah hari Sabtu dan kami pun merayap satu JB.

Mula skali pegi makan tengah hari di MONSTA CAFE...

yeah tempatnya cantik sperti Fullhouse n makanan nye lebih varieti dan murah tidak seperti fullhouse. Jadi pegilah beramai2. Makanannya juga sdap boleh tahan. siap ade Lunch Set. i ordered for Chicken Baked Rice n ice lemon tea. harga baru RM8.90. tp kenyang nak mamps... sampai muak plak hah cheese nye belambak xputus-putus plak tu. SDAP SDAP!! tp syg service derang lambar skit mungkin sbb ramai org.

Lepas tu kami trus ke JALAN DHOBY. kat situ konsepnya seperti pekan lama. byk hair saloon n vintage shop. jumpa kasut yang diidamkan2 kan tuuuu tp tak plan pulak nk beli. patot dirembatnyeee bukan senang nak jumpaaaaaaaa. menyesal sekarang.

Pergi kedai Roti ape namenye tu hah Salehuddin Bakery...

sungguh old school,byk jual puff and bun2 yang dibuat sendiri kelihatan sungguh menyelerakann..... yummmmmmm!!!

setelah pnat berjalan tibalah masa untuk berkaraoke di Alibaba. 2 jam melalak RM 38. konsep bilik yang menarik. boleh baring terlentang siap ade sofa, ade bili love2, ade bilik siap tirai2 indah. n mcm2 lah pilih je jgn byk bunyik.

Da abes menyayi, trus pegi Istana garden utk berphotoshoot. sungguh best ade photographer bersama kami. dia sungguh sporting wahai lelaki. we heart u lah amirul anuar. kuikuikui.

pkul 6.30 pak guard istana garden pn halau2 org sruh balik. lepas solat maghrib, so kami pi makan kat singgah selalu. Sungguh ramai org. oh..... mcm kat hartamas square duku je ramai sgt org dtg tgk bola. penyokong MU mmg berpeleseran kat situ. pening kepala rase nak tampar sekor2 pn ade duk menjerit sokmo. haih.

Malam tu lepak Danga Bay oh!!.

ramai org.. igt nak nek basikal kayuh berempat. harga RM 45 beserta lampu if taknak lampu Rm39 je. so pilih2... kami tak naik pn. Ko nak naik ngan ako pkai dress labuh mcm ni. minta maaf lah kang tersangkut kat rantai beskal. Funfair haruslah taknaik kan tempat lain berlambak funfair. so jalan punya jalan jumpalah river cruise hanya RM 10 per person for 30 minutes ride.

rase nya sampe kat semapadan perairan johor singapore kot. kahkahka xtau tipu. sampe kat hospital Jb tu. tp best gak kne angin malam berbulankan bulan hampir purnama. perghhhhhhhhh..... dah berakhirlah percutian JB bersama-sama munia dan boyfie. Balik tido n esok pagi bagn siap2. pegi beli stock makanan kat giant. trus naik train pkul 2.30 n sampai kl sentral pkul 8.30 mlm. we were behind schedule da tu. perjalanan ako tak abes kat situ. Mama da bising panggil balik kuantan. trus terkocoh-kocoh beli tiket kuala terengganu n berenti depan rumah. sampai pkul 2 pagi tahu takkkkkkkkkkkkkk. pergh nk mati penat. kira-kira bali smua kos x sampai Rm 200 pn. bagus! under budget sungguh kali ni. so mmg boleh gi jalan lagi la kan? kahakkahahakahakhak. nk mampus btol ko ni atin. sedar2 lah gi keja hoi!

perhentian kecil

i am back in Cherating with sunburn and back pain. Thank u so much.... so yeah i spent 3days n 2 nights at Perhentian Kecil . Perhentian island has two different lands the other one is Perhentian Besar. i explored Perhentian Besar when i was in form 2 .. back in 2002 they only had fishermans boat to connect mainland and island. at that time it took us 1 hour n 45 minutes. yet this time around it only took about 20 minutes to reach the island ( phiewwwww they even owned a private speed boat now u know) . Most of them are no longer fishermen, the villagers are all into tourisms. how life had changed. Alhamdulillah....;)

Perhentian kecil has permanent residenst and perhentian besar dont. it is easier to find foods here as well as other facilities compare to perhentian besar (its much more expensive). so i prefer perhentian kecil not just becuz of the food but also the people here. n n becuz kita sesama melayu, we always get better treats. they wud say, alah lebih kurang jalah kite sesama melayu tak pa ( in dialek gannu/kelantan) hehehe. At perhentian kecil, theres actually 2 different sides, u have to decide where to stay its either Long Beach or Coral Bay. Coral Bay has alot more of malay restaurants with various foods n a lot more cheaper. AMELIA CAFE was my favorite , heard that it belongs to the famous Catfarish xtau btol ke x . while Long beach is famous for their social activities and night bars. s well s bay watch scenes.. do u get what i mean?. lol!!

We didnt take up a package before coming ere.( if u are planning to go, pls pls book n take up a package. easier.. probably u can save alot there..if not i guess u have to do it my way then lol ). the speed boat ride is rm70 per person forth n back. if u booked through travelling agency, snorkeling activity will cost u about rm30/pax. that price is only for 5 different points. i suggest u not to book, u'll have plenty of snorkeling offers once u reach the island. dont believe those travel agents pfft! n one of the best offer so far is Rm35 per pax to 6 different snorkeling spots complete with breakfast. u can ask around. the reason i suggest u to plan ur holiday n take a package is becuz its really hard to find walk-ins room or chalet especially during the peaks. we almost ended up bare sleeping by the beach u know.lol.... n TROPICANA RESORT is SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMENDED, i mean it!! never ok never. for a moderate accommodation try Maya resort. for a more exclusive one of course BUBU resort and SHARILA.. no others.;)..

so the next morning we went snorkeling at fish point 1, shark point, turtle point, had lunch at perkampungan pulau, fish point 2 and lepaking at romantic beach. i dont appreciate snorkeling that much it made me mabuk laut pfffttt but luckily i have an affair with the water taxi driver. wink2 hes my whole day free guide slash entertainer. edzzz da tgk gambar dia n edzz trus kata uhhhh.. takyah tanyaaaa aaa ni bukan tanned da ni. HAHAHAHAHHAHH!!! i saw that black tip shark... a medium sized shark tho perghhhhh takot kot naseb baik ade hero kat sbelah. musti die kata cis gedik gila pomp ni dok buat takot bagai. bongek ako takot btol kot. haih. had Candle light dinner at Amelias cafe sambil dikelilingi mat salleh mat salleh sexy da hansome x pkai baju. berselera!!!;p.... ordered 3 different BBQ special set for only RM 15 each.. with 2 fat crabs, 2 lobster and 2 squids. YummY syurga!!!! n waved good bye to my water taxi driver cum private entertainer, he works there.

Sunday morning, had breakfast at mama's kitchen (roti canai bagai ok) and lunch at Amelia's again. Mee goreng seafood terbaikssssss n fried bee hoon pn not bad. harga Asal rm10 each but since melayu half price ja. so b nice to them. especially abang2 kat kedai2 tu semua sumpah baik. after lunch, again rented a pair of snorkeling gear at angels divers for only rm10 n went exploring the fishes n corasl nearby. cis, kat sini lagi cantik tak payah gi fish point hoping pn tak pe. Saw the colorful ikan bayan... ikan barakuda n also two sting rayssss okay how impressive!!! but be careful the water is shallow therefore u might accident-ly stepped on corals n hurt yourselves. just be careful okay.

n at 4pm, we rode on the last scheduled boat to mainland. the whole experience was worth while n perfect! no doubt. till the next trippp... PERHENTIAN KECILLLLL I LOVE U MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Kapas Escape.

hahahaha... funny to replace Kapas with Cotton Island. yet it brings d' same meaning. whichever doesnt matter.According to Malaysian Meteorology Department, terengganu wud be raining all day saturday n sunday. at 1st we canceled Kapas Island. howevr u know mama, she never gives up wudnt she?;p yup, that saturday morning we started packing n hoped

onto the road with no specific destination. but obviously we were heading Kuala Terengganu. Maybe Taman Tamadun Islam or State Museum . That was the intention. hahha, u wudnt believe Abah agreed this. hes always against such improper planning.

Luckily, the weather was superbly fine!!. stopped for lunch somewhere in Marang. Ikan Kembong Goreng Tepung mmg thumbs up.;).. from there, we can already see Kapas Island. rasa mcm berenang pn boleh sampai.ok fine... Bohooo tipu!;p...

within minutes i saw mama smiling, i can see her plan is changing n n i knew it!! So, Kapas Island here we come!;))))) abah drove off to Marang Jetty. Since now is the off-season trip so we got the promotion package rate. Season trip package is around RM175 per adult ( 2days 1 night+ ferry ride + 3x meals + air-cond superior room+snorkeling).

hahhaa, the ferry ride was bumpy all the way. mcm naik speed boat lol. theres no one else. only the five of us n the captain. it took us about 15 minutes to reach the other land.reached Kapas Island Resort around 3pm n unpacked. our standard room was nice. they are named after all the islands in Pahang. Ours are Pulau Batu Bara n Pulau Redang(^_^).

after jamak prayers, we walked along the beach. PANAS GILA! Pulau Kapas is one of Malaysias Taman Laut. no wonder their water is still clear. but u can never beat My late Pulau Perhentian. No way!;p.... even Pulau Payar lg ok. pulau langkawi. penang, pangkor jauh jauh skali. Mama kata pulau tioman sgt lg best ;( how bout pulau ular then? hahahahaahh! that was a joke....

We saw Qimi Resort, Makcik Gemuk resort,discovered a few small caves, snapped some family pictures n waited for sunset. done with dinner by 8.30. syafiq watched his football match man u vs manchester city i guess. mama n abah had a night-walking by the beach. me n aqish went to sleep early.

that morning After breakfast syafiq brought me jungle tracking i love jungle tracking more. we discovered the other side of the island. met an english couple looking like midsomer muderers n we turned back to catch snorkeling session at 10.00. i refused to go snorkeling everytime mase pegi pulau-pulau sebelum ni. im not into underwater world. im not into marines life. im a forest person remmber. this time im gonna have to do it. i must! well, it turns out to be fun!;).. the fishes swam with u. u can see corals are waving at u... the fishes r way beautiful in their natural habitat. n theres this one creature they call plankton, i dont know...plankton tu sepatotnye sejenis tumbuhan yg dimakan oleh ikan kn. but they can sting u?? really? daa n it really hurts!!! gatai gila. poor aqish she cant stand the itchiness n was crying wanted to get herself out off the water...

had our lunch at 12.30 n its packing time. we left kapas island for Marang at 2pm. went visit to some famous places in Kuala Terengganu. then we headed Kuantan using another alternative route which is the Jabor-Jerangau road. it took us about 1 hour 45 minutes, itu pn kalo maintan 12okm/hour la kan... thats about all.
