Cheese Marble Brownies!

hee yummy nyeee!!! (not mine tp yg ayuni ihwan buat hee)... mine rase pahit skit bahagian brownies sbb.. sbb... lame sgt dlm oven!!silap bace arahan weh. xpe cube lg kan?..hahhaah tp sdap gak, my mum yg kata bukan i okayyy... lol. abes gak la kalo i nak mkn sorg kuang2!;p... BURUK GILA WEH SAPE NAK TGK!!! sah takde sape lalu. tp serius weh yun buat sdaaaaaaaaapppp.



CHEESE MARBLE BROWNIES

ni utk brownies dia:
240g butter
300g cooking choc
4 tbs golden syrup
4 eggs (size A)
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
120g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

ni plak utk cheese:
500g cream cheese
200g fine granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. melt choc and butter using double boiling method. allow to cool.
2. beat eggs till fluffy and gradually add in the golden syrup and
choc-butter mixture.
3. fold in the dry ingredients.
4. pour 4/5 of the mixture into a tin (greased and lined at the
bottom).bake for 10 minutes.
5. pour cheese filling over the baked layer.
6. pour the remaining batter over the cheese filling and swirl lightly
with a spatula.
7. bake at 180 degree for 25 minutes.

Firstly, GooD nEws for JunioRs. U wont need to attend finishing school anymore after this. Starting school alone had already fulfilled ur graduation requirements.(Unfair)
if to compare with Starting SchooL 2years ago, todays FinisHinG scHool was fun. i dont know about tomorrow but i enjoyed myself today.. it depends on your facilitator jgak. Dr. Halimatun Yaacob was awesome.;).my Presentation GrouP was fine too. i appreciate today for giving me the chances to get to know people. yes i know its a bit late since i wont be around for next semester.but stiLL!!!... Thanx to Beng Leng ,Muhammad,Nadia, Atiqah,Munim and Syikin. u guys made my day.

i-city shah alam took about an hour plus,from uniten... dala la tumpang cikin pegi sane. n FatInRiDzUaN x bawak purse terima kasih sunggh pandai!;( syiqinsobri sy minta maaf sy slalu menyusahkkan kamu. sy sgt xberguna sy tahu!;'(.... i'll make it up to u..lepak alexis nnti my treat k!

i-city was endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia with lightscapes technology. it has now began to attract tourist (but stil x esblish spnuhnye.. i wud add).i-city is said to be a centre full with informatve n advanced knowledgde. there r also restaurants to be opened n offices to be operated soon. im curious though, what will the future says about I-city then?.(im against artificial ornamental n breathless landscape, thank u!)

since i-city is still under renovation, the surounding were very dusty n hot. u can see eroded soil surface evrywhere. n heavy vehicle traffic causes soil compaction. they already started planting medium sizes Samanea saman along the road but there are unhealthy(drooping leaves during day time).Axonopus compressus establishment is on their way but i doubt they can survive d traffics.they also planted afew groundcovers( Zephyranthes)under certain large light structures to avoid surface run-off. some bambusa species too. some plants were turning a bit yellowish due to insufficient nutrient uptake too of course la derg bukan buat effective maintenance pn.however, to be a bit optimistic hee...in years to come i-city will be one of the beautiful places to hang out with family n friends during night time.well, lets us just hope that they let the natural plants grow more than that concrete trees n flowers. nmpak fake abes for now.

sg. tekala, accomplished!

****************it was a rainy saturday morning.(s predicted!;() sy bgn lambat. pening pale tido 3 jam je thank u movies hais... ikut ati da mls. but promise is still a promise. at least picnic sudh accomplished! alhamdulillah.....;)

munie was here last weekend, like it or not i have to bring her along, damn! hahaha...if u take jalan langat , it takes u about 50 minutes from upm to sg.tekala but bypast semenyih can save u about 10 munites n the road pn x narrow sgt. so mmg people prefer jalan semyh tu. however, if compare sg.tekala n sg gabai, i like Sg. Gabai better... waterfalls lg best. serious cantik (^_^)! parking sg gabai rm3 while entrance fee sg. tekala is only rm1. but environment sg tekala i admit lebih bersih sbb derg jage. owh.. i just love nature! i nk cinta alam sekitar sampai mati leh?(^_^).

**** enough said, just came back from a wedd( lepas tu gi ronggeng lg ngan derg thats y!) n am superbly tired. mate da nk tertutup. gud nite people. gud nite shahreen rohizat. -end-

we were on our way back from PasAr bOrOnG KuaLa LumpuR. in the first place,oUr mIssIon was to fInD whiTe fLesh draGon fRuits but unfortunately salah timing. hahahah... we went there malam n kedai buah2 pagi petang ja bukak. haih pandai sunggh ako tu la dgr taklimat tak abes dlu... therefore, utk x menjadikn perjalann kami ni sia-sia maka kitorg gi makan kat MEMORI CORNER. their place was very condusive. simple. nice. but ala-ala kopitiam gak makanan nye. so biase je.i kureng skit makanan mcm ni. but nyhow, mEE kAri nya sGt sgt kaw EncIk cAIn yg Kata and keOy teOw ladna nye sOdap la. LakSa tAk sedap ok... tak sedap!. iCe blEnded chocolate sedap.

rEaCheD daTaran pahlawAn abOut 4 am. it was a 1 hour and half drive from dOwntOwn CheRas. Yup i KnoW, 1 hour pn leh sampe melaka but i pemandu yang berhemah 90km/hour ja hokayy.... but along the way buses mmg byk buat jalan cm bapak sniri punye.haish.. takowwttt.....

CES trip

CES trip was a blast!!!;)... congratulations to En. Hasnul n his company...heeee(applaused!) departured from UPM at about 9pm...i puked on the bus everyone!!!
(now evryone knows kan,malu!).. semua gara2 pakcik police nk saman bus upm kn.. hahaha.... reached Jitra Mosque at about 4.30am friday morning. went bathing n subuh prayers then had 'nasi lemak daun pisang' for breakfast.. owhhhh i miss KEDAH's food so bad!! yummy...

Our 1st destination was Chillie n cucumber fertigation site in Chupping. fyi, Chupping is the hottest place in Malaysia with max temp. of 40.1 degree celcius.the weather that day was extremely hot. trust me uh!n n n the most important info about chupping,chupping is very famous with its sugarcane production thank u! (^___^)

next stop was Cendawan tiram factory. those peeps were sweet n nice... i love kedah-perlis now!

we spent da nite in kuala perlis. the next morning we headed Taman Herba which is about 3o minutes drive from here (what was da purpose of spending da nite in kuala perlis if we r going to perlis the next day huh? y not tido je kat perlis?!!). Taman Herba Perlis was fun!!!;) yet i was annoyed by the signs 'Tongkat ali = tenaga batin'. somemore 'Juang pasir= tenaga batin'. annoying okay!!!!.... but this 1 is interesting 'Canthium horridum or tambun tahi = menghalau makhluk halus'.. better kan instead of that tenaga2 batin n all. duh crap gile!.. owh2 ok, i missed this one plak 'putat siam=berak berdarah' hahahahak! funny kan!!! i love perlis okayyy!;)

our ferry departured at 4pm. thank god the current was fine. safely reached langkawi n check in green hill resort. that evening, spent the moments with the others n at nite we had 'barbeque'!

next mornin-SUNDAY, check-out at 8.30 am. Went to visit MARDI-LANGKAWI,been here b4, done that 'tram tour' b4, heard the same briefing b4, so im not intrested at all!! next stop KILANG GAMAT,BATIK STALL n BAHULU PANAS,IDAMAN SURI, ISMAIl GROUP (chocolate shoppin til u drop haxs!) and finally we were on our way back..yipeeee!!! i love LANGKAWI... awesome!;)

while in da bus, i cant sleep... boringnye nk balik upm da!!! FYP menanti.. sucks gile..so i was like nyanyi kuat2 ni mcm org gile derg sure mara cuz nak tido pnat. sorry guys. well, reached UPM at 2.30am. n i went to sleep n woke up at 1pm that afternoon. huhuuuuuu! LANGKAWI ROCKS!

will be spending ChiNese nEw yEaR's holidays in campus.

1. DinNer wIth Yam,ShUe, wari, LuqMAn, and k.mas. accomplished!

2. Evry morninG, Pollinating muskmelon male n female flowers. accomplished!

3. site measuring for Landscape class on saturday. (T__T) accomplished!

4. 14 feb- attending k.bibah's wedding ( kakak mira) in Perak.

5. 14 feb- family gathering in PD

7. SyAfiQ's leavin' for australia on 17 feb.

4th mission: KeK cHocolaTe KuKus...yuMmY!

it may looks a bit horror k... but wait till u taste it urself.. yeah...;p (i skipped d topping part... thats y!. if this is the case then,next time i think i need toppings .LOL.)

history: my aunt n i mmg ske cbe resipi baru especially cakes n deserts... die kate i pakar caramel n i kate die pakar buat cakes. huhuhu! so, die ade this recipe utk kek choc kukus yg sgt sdap.. she got it from her sister-in-law yg famous ngan popia making in sg.petani.yummy!

so as requested by pia love, below are the ingredients needed:-

ingredients:

1 cup of cocoa powder ( van houten )

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of evaporated milk

1 cup of corn cooking oil (mazola)

1/2 cup of condensed milk

1/4 cup of self-raising flour

2 cap of esen vanilla

how to make: (do it ur own way cuz i pn buat cara i sniri.. bantai je) huhuhu

1. + cocoa powder + sugar+ evaporated milk

+ corn cooking oil and condensed milk into a pan.

Panaskan n wait til smua bhn da sebati . n put off the flame.(mixture1)

2. then, break 3 eggs into another container. Beat them until it is frothy. Baru add in esen vanilla n self-raising flour. (mixture2)

3. Next, mix both mixture1 n mixture2 into a flat baking sheet.

4. Final step... steam it for 2 hours...(lame kn? haih).

5. It is ready to be served. yeah.... rasenya lg sdap if simpan dlu dlm

fridge n mkn sejuk2.

p/s: girls... slamat mencuba.. for those yg x nak muak i suggest u guys cut down cocoa powder. too moisy nnti..;)
