perhentian kecil

i am back in Cherating with sunburn and back pain. Thank u so much.... so yeah i spent 3days n 2 nights at Perhentian Kecil . Perhentian island has two different lands the other one is Perhentian Besar. i explored Perhentian Besar when i was in form 2 .. back in 2002 they only had fishermans boat to connect mainland and island. at that time it took us 1 hour n 45 minutes. yet this time around it only took about 20 minutes to reach the island ( phiewwwww they even owned a private speed boat now u know) . Most of them are no longer fishermen, the villagers are all into tourisms. how life had changed. Alhamdulillah....;)

Perhentian kecil has permanent residenst and perhentian besar dont. it is easier to find foods here as well as other facilities compare to perhentian besar (its much more expensive). so i prefer perhentian kecil not just becuz of the food but also the people here. n n becuz kita sesama melayu, we always get better treats. they wud say, alah lebih kurang jalah kite sesama melayu tak pa ( in dialek gannu/kelantan) hehehe. At perhentian kecil, theres actually 2 different sides, u have to decide where to stay its either Long Beach or Coral Bay. Coral Bay has alot more of malay restaurants with various foods n a lot more cheaper. AMELIA CAFE was my favorite , heard that it belongs to the famous Catfarish xtau btol ke x . while Long beach is famous for their social activities and night bars. s well s bay watch scenes.. do u get what i mean?. lol!!

We didnt take up a package before coming ere.( if u are planning to go, pls pls book n take up a package. easier.. probably u can save alot there..if not i guess u have to do it my way then lol ). the speed boat ride is rm70 per person forth n back. if u booked through travelling agency, snorkeling activity will cost u about rm30/pax. that price is only for 5 different points. i suggest u not to book, u'll have plenty of snorkeling offers once u reach the island. dont believe those travel agents pfft! n one of the best offer so far is Rm35 per pax to 6 different snorkeling spots complete with breakfast. u can ask around. the reason i suggest u to plan ur holiday n take a package is becuz its really hard to find walk-ins room or chalet especially during the peaks. we almost ended up bare sleeping by the beach u know.lol.... n TROPICANA RESORT is SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMENDED, i mean it!! never ok never. for a moderate accommodation try Maya resort. for a more exclusive one of course BUBU resort and SHARILA.. no others.;)..

so the next morning we went snorkeling at fish point 1, shark point, turtle point, had lunch at perkampungan pulau, fish point 2 and lepaking at romantic beach. i dont appreciate snorkeling that much it made me mabuk laut pfffttt but luckily i have an affair with the water taxi driver. wink2 hes my whole day free guide slash entertainer. edzzz da tgk gambar dia n edzz trus kata uhhhh.. takyah tanyaaaa aaa ni bukan tanned da ni. HAHAHAHAHHAHH!!! i saw that black tip shark... a medium sized shark tho perghhhhh takot kot naseb baik ade hero kat sbelah. musti die kata cis gedik gila pomp ni dok buat takot bagai. bongek ako takot btol kot. haih. had Candle light dinner at Amelias cafe sambil dikelilingi mat salleh mat salleh sexy da hansome x pkai baju. berselera!!!;p.... ordered 3 different BBQ special set for only RM 15 each.. with 2 fat crabs, 2 lobster and 2 squids. YummY syurga!!!! n waved good bye to my water taxi driver cum private entertainer, he works there.

Sunday morning, had breakfast at mama's kitchen (roti canai bagai ok) and lunch at Amelia's again. Mee goreng seafood terbaikssssss n fried bee hoon pn not bad. harga Asal rm10 each but since melayu half price ja. so b nice to them. especially abang2 kat kedai2 tu semua sumpah baik. after lunch, again rented a pair of snorkeling gear at angels divers for only rm10 n went exploring the fishes n corasl nearby. cis, kat sini lagi cantik tak payah gi fish point hoping pn tak pe. Saw the colorful ikan bayan... ikan barakuda n also two sting rayssss okay how impressive!!! but be careful the water is shallow therefore u might accident-ly stepped on corals n hurt yourselves. just be careful okay.

n at 4pm, we rode on the last scheduled boat to mainland. the whole experience was worth while n perfect! no doubt. till the next trippp... PERHENTIAN KECILLLLL I LOVE U MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
