2010/2010 2nd semester

What do u think u just saw? an ugly painting? dirt?... fungus? bacteria? anythin... u name it;). this is an overall slide image(captured with supernova 7610) of my 1st disease diagnosis on Lady's finger(Hibiscus esculentus). culturing activity were done last wednesday and spores had been observed to be developed after 7 days (it probably took only a few days after culture LOL!).

the above image is much more better.the black needle/hair shape u see is called Cetae (sterile structure) and the blue small curved-shaped is its conidia. so, i bet the pathogen is Colletotrichum sp.... i've seen this image before.. what say u? how bout u tell the species then..;p.
p/s: i was suppose to include the culturing process+slide preparations and owh of course media culture too. will share the infos here later..;). wish me luck 4 tomorrows test. InshaAllah.;)
