never to eat.

if u wanna lose weight.

1. NO whole wheat bread.
2. NO fruit juice. eat real fruits instead.
3. NO granola. eat oatmeal not the instant one pls!
4. NO sports drinks. cuz they are meant for athlete. Not US!
5. NO junk foods inclusive organic ones.

Drink lots of water to stay hydrated (this is damn true! u cant do this better forget other process) must! must! and Coconut water consist a lot of potassium. its good esp. those with gastric.
